We are a multinational consumer product merchandising group dedicated to enabling our verified exporters and North American and Eastern European retailers to accomplish and exceed their cross-border business objectives.
Established in 1998 in Romania, we have grown from a small-sized ready-made garment importer into a multinational merchandising group that merges decades of trade expertise and resources with modern technology, creating a seamless trade ecosystem for cross-border consumer product merchandising.
SC CVA21 Impex Srl was established in Romania, primarily engaged in the importation and distribution of consumer products from carefully vetted and verified small- and medium-sized Asian exporters. From the outset, our focus was on building structured sourcing channels and reliable retail distribution networks across Eastern Europe.
As the global market evolved, so did we. In 2012, UNITED CVA came into existence in India to strengthen our sourcing capabilities from India and Sri Lanka, while SC CVA21 Impex Srl continued actively engaging in the importation and distribution of consumer products across the Eastern European retail segment. This strategic expansion enabled us to deepen supplier relationships and broaden our product portfolio.
UNITED CVA Inc established its presence in the USA, began importing and supplying consumer products to North American retailers, and further strengthened its operations by expanding partnerships with small- and medium-sized exporters seeking structured and reliable access to North American consumer product retail segments, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable and organized cross-border trade.
UNITED X BOARDERS brings our three companies together under one unified global identity, aligning our vision, expertise, and commitment to excellence, structured trade practices, and global trade.
Today, we leverage technology, decades of cross-border experience, and extensive resources to facilitate trade between small- and medium-sized exporters and retailers across North America and Eastern Europe. Our integrated trade ecosystem enables all partners to achieve and exceed their business objectives with confidence, efficiency, and transparency.
